About Me

As a coach, my practice supports people who find themselves at a crossroads: a career shift, a job change, a big decision that’s been weighing on their mind, or a season of life that simply feels different than it used to. My coaching is calming, empathetic and provides a clear, open space for clients to explore possibilities.

Why I Do This Work

Years ago, during one of my own career transitions, my family and friends were very supportive, but I longed for an unbiased ear—someone who could help me sort out the overwhelm to find clear choices. I knew what I wanted, but I didn’t think I could do it.

Should I apply for yet another job where I might end up feeling down and stuck in a career I didn't like?

Or should I go back to college so I can work where I will feel successful?

I didn't think I had the money. I didn't think I could do the work to finish my degree.

Coaching wasn’t on my radar then, but now I know it would have been valuable to have a coach by my side.

Those times in my life are why I’m so passionate about the work I do today. I know what it feels like to be in that space; wanting to make the “right” decision for yourself and your family, yet feeling pulled in different directions. My coaching offers a way forward that is personal - there’s no script - and we find your true potential together.

My Background & Approach

Bringing more than 20 years of experience in counseling and coaching, I’m continually inspired by the forward‑thinking nature of coaching. I’ve witnessed meaningful growth in my clients—and in myself—through the coaching process.

In our work together, you can expect:

  • A calm, supportive space to explore what’s on your mind.
  • Thought‑provoking questions that help you uncover what you truly want.
  • A partner who believes in you and your capabilities.
  • The ability to slow down and make decisions with clarity and confidence.

Whether you’re navigating a life or career transition, or simply feeling the pull toward something different, I’m here to help you sort through the noise and reconnect with what matters most.
