About Me

Bringing more than 20 years of experience in counseling, coaching and customer service, I’m continually inspired by the forward‑thinking nature of coaching. I’ve witnessed meaningful growth in my clients—and in myself—through the coaching process.

I am passionate about providing:

Education: Augsburg College; BA in Psychology.

Coaching program: Insight Coaching Community, led by John Strasser, founer. This program truly brought me to a higher level of service in every way.

I live in Minneapolis, MN with my husband and kids. When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, reading or crocheting, or at the dog park with my golden retriever.

Why I Do This Work

During a career transition, my family and friends were very supportive, but I longed for an unbiased ear—someone who could listen and help me sort out the truth so I could make a decision.

• Should I apply for yet another job where I might end up feeling unhappy and stuck?

• Or should I go back to college?

• Do we really have the money for that?

• Do I really want to go back to college?

Coaching wasn’t on my radar then, but now I know it would have been valuable to have a coach by my side.

I know what it feels like to be in that space. I wanted to make the “right” decision for myself and for my family, but I felt pulled in two directions.

Now that I have a coach, I am consistent about finding a way forward that is for ME - there’s no script, no checklist - and I am living up to my true potential.

I am so honored to be a coach and witness these types of transformations right before my eyes. What a blessing!
